First food

Hi Mummies, how old is your baby when you first introduced solid food? I know some parentd introduce earlier than 6mths. Pls share/recommend the first food to introduce to my baby.

6 months! we gave avocado, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin

5.5 months after get the “green light” from our PD

5-6mths I introduced puree to my children.

6 months! Porridge, steam pumpkin, carrot

5 months with baby cereal (gerber brand)
