Baby Teething

Hello mummies , how do i calm down my LO? She's currently 7 months old. Would wake up crying (tried to put her to sleep back cause she still wants to sleep but keep crying) , doesn't sleep much , keep wanting me to carry. Is it due to teething? Does it cause vomiting? What should i do?

oh God my baby was like this in the 5th month (last month) too. most likely yes, but would probably also be a sleep regression. it might also be due to a milestone reached/reaching too.
