Firstly the nurse will check your dilation to about 4cm/+ then will insert some pills/cream into your vagina, don't be afraid cause you will need to walk around and squats more for the medicine to reach the water bag area, when the medicine started to take effect, the contractions will come like tremendous waves, painful is because of all the contractions.
