Firstly, ask your husband to press on your back while you lay sideways. It helps to release the knots on your back. Elevate your legs few times a day too. Put a pillow in between your legs and sleep on your left for maximum blood flow to the placenta, is highly advised. Secondly, stretch before sleep and after you wake up. Drink plenty of water too throughout the day, helps with backaches too. Lastly, I never used a pregnancy pillow as I find it unnecessarily huge even for a king-sized bed so what I have is a hugging pillow, long enough to hug from my chest to my feet. I do have backaches sometimes but I stretch a lot as and when. Other than that if you’re planning on getting a pregnancy pillow, you can get those in U-shape. Online platforms like Shopee, Qoo10 sell them at cheaper prices than you can find outside. If you don’t mind 2nd hand, can find them on Carousell. Good luck, hope you’ll feel better cause 3rd tri will get worse especially with the huge tummy!
