Pregnancy

39 weeks and can't get any sleep at night

Hi mummies! FTM here! I am on my final week of pregnancy and having trouble sleeping since week 37. I have tried lavender pillow mist, pregnancy pillow, soft music playing in the background. However, I always find myself waking up during wee hours with short contractions, backache and full bladder. My contractions doesn't happen frequently (so I am not in active labor right?) My EDD is on 1 Sept and I hope I can have some rest at night.😐 I am now laughing at my own panda eyes🐼
