Constantly hungry

Any mummies feel constantly hungry? I’m still in my trimester 1, yet I’m eating like no tomorrow. I can finish my meal and in less than an hour I feel hunger pangs again. If I don’t eat, I will vomit. Is this normal?

Yes its normal. I have hunger pangs as early as week 6 and since then i have to eat every few hours or else I’ll get nauseated.

That imperfect trying mum

Yes it’s normal. However, do try to pace your meal time. Don’t finish it so quickly. Maybe have smaller but frequent meal?

Living by grace

Yes. It’s normal. I take small meals to avoid hunger. Fruits, biscuits and etc.
