hunger pangs that never goes away

Mummies how do u deal with being constantly hungry? I'm at week 7 and trying to control my eating by smaller portions. For example I just had lunch soup and rice. An hour later I'm so hungry again so I had two slices of bread after. I'm so afraid I'm gonna gain so much weight. I tried to tahan but the feeling is as though I never ate whole day. Any advice?

I feel you! I'm at week 7 too and constantly feeling hungry. I munch on biscuits in between meals.

I think it's a season that we've to learn to be ok with a little extra calories :) better than starving ourselves and end up having gastric eh? 🙂 try taking several small meals throughout the day rather than the usual breakfast lunch dinner.

I always end up doing so eventho I restrict at first. Its sooo hard
