Sick easily

Hi mummies to be. Ever since i pregnant on and off keep falling sick like sore throat cough and flu. Now 15 weeks. Do u all face the same issue? Do u all take medication or let it heal by itself? Tia!

Yup, it's very normal. I have a cold for almost everyday 😅

Drink lots of water and get medicine from your gynae

I'll visit the doctor if my cough and flu prolong..

I drank more water and took manuka honey

You can consider taking flu jab.
