You should be able to find it under your profile or "My Activity." Some platforms don’t show replies to anonymous posts directly, though. Check your notifications to stay updated.
I don’t think you can find it unless you bookmarked your own posts. If anyone replies to your anonymous posts, you will receive notifications.
