Recommendations for Post partum/Jamu massages

Hi! FTM here. Wondering if any one has thoughts to share regarding efficacy of post partum/jamu massages and any recommendations as to where to go and how far in advance I have to book? 🙏🏼

You can start booking for PP Massage and let them know your EDD so as to see slots and time availability. I would take Jamu as soon as my little one is cleared from jaundice. This same goes with adding ginger in my confinement food ingredient. This contribute to jaundice hence ill avoid till baby's cleared. My makcik urut does make jamu if you would like to take her PP Massage or Jamu you can.
