Hi mummies, i tried searching perineal cooling pad for down there, at shopee but couldn’t find any. Anyone can share with me any link or the brand name that you use ? Or can only be bought at hospital ? #FTM

I bought mine at hospital pharmacy. I think most hospitals carry them.
