Fighting for custody

Hello any mum out here who is a single mum? I would need some advise on how you al fight for you child custody. Currently my son is less than 2 y/o My ex spouse to be is making things difficult for me. I would appreciate for some advise here.

I’m also planning to fight custody for my child but then the problem is we have to wait 3 yrs for divorce.

    same for me. so if your child staying with you or are you still leaving tgt with you soon to be ex spouse?
