Your child birth cert have the baby father name? If yes, you have to get his permission to adopt your own child. If no then don't put him name in birth cert. I've learnt my mistake and now we're paying huge lawyer fee in fighting. We intend to rom after baby birth that's why I had his name in bc. But due to alot of issue we are now fighting for the baby.
