Is it bad for babies health?

Momshies, I have a question my three month old son didn't poop for two days. I feel so worried because sometimes he cries when I hold his tummy. Normal lang po ba ang hindi magbawas ang baby ng ilang araw? Thank you po sa mga sasagot.
