Momshies, effective po ba ang no rice diet? Any tips po sa same mommies like me na nagdadiet. I'm planning on removing rice sa aking meal plan. And pls give me more effective tips pa kung paano pumayat. Thank you!

Yes po effective no rice. Less carbo dapat. Veggies, fruits, chicken,fish dapat at madami water iwas sa mga colored drinks.

Yes. More on meat. Iwas sa carbs like rice, pasta, bread, cola.. Anything na may carbohydrates sa ingredients.

Low carb, low sugar :) wag lang rice tanggalin mo, pati breads, pasta etc.
