Yes effective po lalo na kapag namotivate mo yung self mo na NO MORE RICE hehe. Advice ko lang di madaling iwanan si rice wag nyo po biglain sarili nyo hinay hinay lang po.

Source of energy po yung rice carbohydrates unless papalitan mo sya ng same amount of energy . Si ob sabe saken atleast 1cup nlng daw ang itake ko pero depende din sayo yun
