Kain ka ng iron rich food and tulog nang maaga. Take naps during the day. Anemic din ako and magttest ulit ng hemoglobin to check kung nag-improve. Depende rin sa katawan mo and sa recommendation ng OB mo, pero sabi ni OB sakin wag na raw ako mag-milk kasi nakaka-affect sya sa iron absorption.
