Hi Momsh, who knows how to use betadine femine wash? After giving birth? For those normal delivery with viginal stitch. Kindly teach me know please.

Lagay ng tatlong patak sa tabo tapos yun na ipanghugas sa pempem, as easy as that mommy. Saka pahanginan mo po yung sugat, wag masyado indahin, o busisiin kasi baka matanggal tahi. Water therapy din po para di mahirap dumumi mommy.
