nung first trimester ako, hndi ako nawawalan ng biscuits, breads and yogurt drinks sa bag..esp.. water..kase lagi dn akong gutom kahit kakakain ko lng ng meals..and khit alam kong isusuka ko dn 😆 pero ganun tlaga, kahit sinuka , kain parin..kaya kung kelangang gumasto, go for it, after all para sau and esp for the baby..😌
soupy food like sinigang or nilaga, tas fruits, veggies, salad, oatmeal, skyflakes. kahit 5x a day ka kumain (in right portions) okay lang po yan. wag po mag overeat kasi nakaka acid din yun. you’re growing a child inside you kaya maraming energy ang ating kailangan talaga.
nasa early stage ka pa lang ng pagiging preggy.normal na masusuka ka tlga kasi nag lilihi ka eh .kaya ka dn nagugutom agad.ganyan tlga napupunta dn kay baby ung kinakain mo.
