BREASTFEEDING ISSUES
As moms, we all wish to breastfeed our LOs. The only problem is that some of us don't have enough milk supply. I see mommies here asking what's the best thing to do to increase their breastmilk supply. I saw a lot of comments like, "unli latch", sometimes comments are about to eat malunggay. More more malunggay. And some even say that you should drink milo. Or some other tips. But people forgot to say to EAT properly. To eat ON TIME. To eat HEALTHY. To continue eating for two, like when you were still pregnant. So moms out there, even if you don't do things like drinking milo, eating more more malunggay, breast pumps, and some other things to increase breastmilk supply, you'll still have it. JUST EAT. DON'T FORGET TO EAT. HYDRATE YOURSELF AND EAT HEALTHY. ganun lang yun. In my experience, nakalimutan kong kumain. Padede lang ako ng padede, kasi unli latch daw eh. Pero nung nagpump ako. Sa loob ng isang araw 2 oz lang ang total ng napapump ko. Grabe! Nafrustrate ako. Nagmamalunggay capsule ako. Ganun pa rin. Nagtry na ako ng mga lactating milk, lactating food. Nagmamalunggay din na sabaw na ulam, and more more masabaw. Pero nakalimutan kong kumain ng tama. Minsan nakakapagskip pa ako ng kain para lang magpump. Minsan yung lactating food and milk lng ang kinakain ko without eating a proper meal. So ayun, ang konti pa rin ng gatas ko. So mommies, alam nyo na ah. KAIN LANG NG KAIN ANG SOLUSYON SA MALAKAS NA SUPPLY NG GATAS. PAGKAING HEALTHY PO AT HINDI LANG BASTA KAIN. KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED AT ALL TIMES DIN.
