My OB advised me that I can resume gym activities after 6mos. Pero mag 7mos na si lo wala pa rin akong exercise na nagagawa! Ahaha

nung 6 months pp ako, hirap ako tumayo from bed. masakit lagi ung sa may pubic bone ko. first time mom here and mejo matanda n (33 years old) when I got pregnant
