Unethical Company

Hey Moms, I am sure we all get diaper samples so to check if our LO are sensitive to it. So far I do get from different companies but for this particular Peekapoo, you need to pay $0.90 for the postage in order for them to mail it. It has been 2 weeks and no samples came through. What are your experience and thoughts about this? I am pissed off because they can use the same email to send marketing emails but not reply me at all.
