1. Track your cycle
2. Pinpoint your fertile window
3. Use OPK (to trace ovulation)
4. Track BBT (to double confirm ovulation)
5. Must BD once u get positive OPK! until the day it turn negative.
**after peak opk , it will turn -ve. which mean, it already yr ovulation day.
Food/Supplement to Support Ovulation & Implantation. (Daily unless stated)
1. Folic Acid/Prenatal Supplement
2. Pomegranate Juice
3. Green Tea
4. Raspberry Tea Leaf (after ovulation until BFP only)
5. Evening Primrose Oil ( CD1 til 1day before ovulation occur)
6. Omega 3
Optional
1. Pineapple Core (1-7dpo)
2. Milk or calcium D3 supplement (daily)
