I 19 weeks also kenna.. And i make the movement as slow as possible. Feel like tortoise. And especially during stand and sit. Keep the back straight when sitting.. and it went away after 4 to 5 days. Mine was on the right back ache

I am a 1st time mum too, i am currently at my week 30 my back ache so badly if i sit or stand too long but my husband will massage my backache
