Yoko yoko

I'm having very stiff shoulder and aching shoulder can I use yoko yoko on my shoulder? Will it be harmful?

I think rubs are okay. But I’ve read somewhere saying to not use medical plasters

i used it sometime..however if your skin start to burn up, please stop using.
