Hi mommy, i need tips and opinion regarding on how to make sure your baby sleep well?

Kena ajar anak dri baby utk bezakn waktu siang dgn malam. Sya ajar anak since lahir. Masa dlm pantang tu sya bezakn time malam dgn siang. Malam jew msti bawak masuk bilik & setiap pkul 9 nak tido msti tutup lampu pkai lampu tdo jew jenis yg malap. Time siang sya akn bwk baring kt ruang tamu. Rutin dia masa baby pkul 9 jew msti akn tdo nti pkul 6 pgi baru bgun. In between tu dia ad laa bgun mnyusu tpi terus tdo blk. Pagi lepas mandi tdo blk. Agknya mmg ank sya jenis suka tdo jgk laa 🤭😂. Smpai skrg anak sya dh nk msuk setahun mmg xde mslh tdo. Skrg ni selalunya dia bgun pagi pkul 7 srpan, mandi lepas tu dia akn tdo blk dlm sejam dua. Then dia bgun main2 smpai pkul 3 then mkn, lepas mkn dia main kejap then tido dlm sejam. Dlm pkul 7 dia mkn mlm then mandi, main2, pkul 10 tdo. Setiap hari rutin yg sama.

X senang jgk mommy. Sejak dh besar ni kje nk bkepit jew. Mama kena ad depan mata 24jam klau x mmg menangis laa dia 🤣🤣🤣. So nak xnk time dia tdo tula kena settle kn smua kje

Bg sy anak2 sy mmg mudah...just turn off light, then diorg automatic akan tidur smp lah ke esokkan hari nya

switch off the lamp and sleeping place comfortable.
