Bigat na Katawan

Hi mommies,ako lang ba nakakramdam o nafi feel niyo rin na parang ang bigat ng katawan niyo. Parang nanghihina tuhod niyo.masakit bewang. Ganun. Haha. Di kasi ako nakakalabas. As in sa loob lang ng bahay. Kaya wala masyadong exercise mga paa ko. Gumagawa naman ako gawaing bahay pero limited lang. Ni ayaw ako paglabahin ng asawa ko. Gusto ko sana mag exercise kaso diko sure kung pwede. Im 30weeks and 4 days pregnant.

Naku mami.. Mag kikilos ka na.. Ako stay at home lang dn ako d na muna ako nag work.. Pero buong bahay namin inikot ko na... Pag gising palang sa umaga.. Aasikasuhin ko na si hubby mag lalaba na ako.. Tas pag wala ako labahin nag exercise na ako like squating etc.. Tapos aftrr ko kumain tatayo ako at mag lalakad lakad nnmn tapos pahinga kasi bawal na matulog sa hapon.. Pag datung ng hapon lalakad nnmn ako.. Tapos ng wawalis tas exercise ulit.. Pag d ka maselan kaya mo gawin lahat yan.. Never namanas paa ko kahit asa loob lang ako ng bahay.. Kasi mahirap na ma CS.. Wala taung 60k na pera
