no exercise

Hi mommies, I'm 16weeks pregnant. Concerned lang ako dahil halos wala akong exercise since the quarantine started. Before, I used to walk papuntang office. Ever since the quarantine, very limited ang movements ko sa loob ng bahay. Can you share your tips on how to exercise at this time? Thanks!
