Based on my experience, the neck of the baby should be able to support the head first. That way they can observe their sorroundings.. Hope this helps...
Kalau basic carrier, use newborn insert to support neck and head dia. But to be save, wait until 6 month until leher baby dah kuat.
From newborn can but make sure the carrier is the correct one.
