Haakaa, ebm

Hi mommies, Will using the haakaa be similar to using hand to express bm? I’m getting tired hand expressing after every feed and I don’t want to use the electric pump yet so I tot of the haakaa. Pls advise, TIA!

Haakaa is more of collecting the letdowns than pumping but I'm really amazed at what it's done. Most of the mums need not use any electrical pump just Haakaa alone to get a lot of milk stocks. Best for you to see the reviews yourself. Can follow their IG @haakaanz
