Fresh bleed

Hi mommies... Sy pregnant 7 weeks...pg nie i had fresh bleed ngan ketulan..then sy pegi clinic n doctor buat scan, fetus is healthy n dah ade heartbeat..sy pun blh nmpk degupan jantung fetus... But the problem is fresh blood is still coming. And i completely worried
