Mommies can you suggest food supplement that will help me to get fat. I'm so skinny and it looks like I don't eat at all. I'm starting to think that I am malnourished. :-(

To gain weight healthily, you can try: - Eating frequently (every three to four hours or so) - Having a variety of food (sandwich with fruits and milk) - Choosing nutrients dense food (frozen yogurt, dried fruits) - Having food such as red meat (choose the cuts that are higher in fat), nuts, whole fat milk and yogurt, avocado, olive oil etc. - Having smoothies (as snacks) for a calorie dense cup which is easier to consume as compared to having a full meal - Use a bigger plate. This will encourage you to eat more.

Are you still on breastfeeding? Are you working? Breastfeeding loses calories and work stress can cause weight lost. The other cause could be thyroid. Pregnancy causes major changes in the levels of hormones made by the thyroid gland, located in the front of the neck. For that reason, thyroid problems sometimes can start or get worse during pregnancy or after childbirth. Suggest you go for full body check up and see doctor for this.

Hi mommy thanks for your insight. As per your question regarding health issues I have undergone an executive check up few months ago and thank God they didnt find serious illness. Im a SAHM and I dont breastfeed anymore. Maybe I should I should take time
