baby kicking

Hi mommies, Can share with me how do you feel when your baby do the first kicking? Do you feel like butterflies in the stomach or geli-geli? I am at my 20 weeks, i feel likes butterflies, not sure that is the baby or something else ? Bila dia tendang kita rasa, bila letak tangan tak rasa pulak ?
