Morning sickness part 2

Hi mommies! Saya pernah share di sini pasal morning sickness yg saya sedang experience sangat teruk.. But now, dah makin kurang.. Masih ada certain food mmg xleh masuk la mcm bawang putih, lobak putih, ayam rebus.. Tapi sikit jer.. Now i can finally eat properly.. Im so happy! 🤗 Morning sickness starts from week 6-week 13+ Week 14 dah start makan 2 plates 😂

Sy dulu 1st trimester alahan teruk, memang terbaring aje macam kain buruk. Serba serbi tak kena. Nurse suggest minum susu utk bagi tenaga and sy consume susu anmum materna. Slowly morning sickness tu hilang and badan dah bertenaga. Bila trimester ke3 start alahan balik tapi tak teruk macam mula2 pregnant.
