Hi mommies! Saya pernah share di sini pasal morning sickness yg saya sedang experience sangat teruk.. But now, dah makin kurang.. Masih ada certain food mmg xleh masuk la mcm bawang putih, lobak putih, ayam rebus.. Tapi sikit jer.. Now i can finally eat properly.. Im so happy! πŸ€— Morning sickness starts from week 6-week 13+ Week 14 dah start makan 2 plates πŸ˜‚

sy pnahπŸ˜† Trimester 1 teruk sgt morning sickness, sy x leh hidu bau org masak apa lg bwang. Bab mkn pula elok je telan, tpi lepas je telan msti muntah. Spnjg ada morning sickness sy cuma bole telan bihun & mkn yg asam2 utk elak muntah. Bdn jdi lemas sbab x mkn byk, nsib baik la HB cntikπŸ˜†πŸ˜†Tiap kli pgang phone msti kepala sakit, spnjg trim1 tu sy pgang phone bbrpa mnit je utk blas chat. Sy byk baring & tdur spnjg trim1πŸ˜†πŸ˜†Msuk trim2 dah hilang morning sickness smua mknan bole masuk
