Hi been experiencing hard stool since 1st tri. Tried so everything. Pero tlagang hininto ko muna for 2 wks ang Polymax (Ferus Sulfate), then OB said take ko nalang 1x a week. It really caused my hard stool. Try mo rin fruits, specially ripe papaya. Also more gulay. Less meats. Prune juice also, yogurts & yakult. Try nyo :)

Still check with your OB regarding sa stopping ferus. Kase ako, I stopped then I told her its bec of the ferus tlga, so she gave it to me 1x a week nalang. Kase need prin tlga ntn sya.. more intake of veggies, fruits and water. 😊 Praying for all!

ako po umaga palang nainom na ako ng maligamgam na water ung mejo mainit pero kaya naman mainom. tapos more water pa throughout the day tsaka dapat may fruits and veggies talaga everyday. i also drink yakult panghelp din sa digestion.

drink more water po para mailabas mo lahat ng dumi. Ganyan din sa akin kapag kulang ako sa water hirap mag poop. Though nakakaubos ako ng 4 to 5 liters a day

Nong sun. Nag poop po ako tapos dumugo kakapilit ko, kasi sobrang hirap tlaga ngayon ok na sya. Kumain lang ako ng papayang hinog ska yakult.

I drink one bottle of Yakult everyday and eat lots of fruits preferably those with fiber like pears 😄

cranberry juice po kahit 1 glass a day. never na ako naka constipate, hope it helps you too

kain po kayo dragon fruit napaka effective tsaka yung anmum na chocolate .

More on water at fiber po. Then squat ako saglit pag hirap talaga

hirap pa rin ako mi, okay lang mag lagay ng suppository? pag pinilit ko po kasi nagdudugo eh.
