Hi mommies, please share me ur experience or kakilala nyo na same experience like mine para ma ease or mabawasan man lang yung worry ko. Bale due date ko na kasi dapat nung April 16 and it was first baby. And hanggang ngayon di parin lumalabas si baby. Wala rin akong halos nararamdaman na abnominal pain puro pelvic at lower back pain lang. Nagpa check up na rin ako, and sabi normal naman daw kasi may post term na tinatawag. Kahit alam dr.na nagsabi nagwoworry parin ako. Please boost my inner soul mga momshies. ?

Para po sa ikatatahimik ng kalooban nyo magpaultrasound ka na lang po to check your baby,to see kung ok pa level ng amniotic fluid nya..kung nakatae na ba or kung may cord loop.you can always ask your ob for induced labor or CS kung hindi na talaga mapanatag loob mo. Pag 40-42 wks ka na, ang dapat bantayan mo e yung movements ni baby.magkick count ka.dun mo malalaman na ok pa si baby mo.once dumalang or di masyado gumagalaw si baby mo, pag may sumakit at sa tingin mo pumutok na panubigan mo..alin pa man dito ang mga naramdaman mo takbo ka na agad sa OB mo lalo na kung greenish/brownish yung color ng fluid na lumabas syo.it means nakatae na si baby.ito lang magagawa ko..palakasin ang loob mo by suggesting things that you can do while waiting na maglabor ka.

mommy, since over due na po kayo, dont forget po na bilangin ang kicks ni baby. Have a biophysical profile ultrasound, if available. 2. Go to the hospital or lying-in where you will deliver to check your cervix 3. They may offer induction of labor so that you can deliver, if you still don’t have any regular contractions." kung ano man po ang magiging way para lumabas si baby, ang impt po yung safe at healthy po kayong dalawa :)

Mamshie. Kailangan matrigger yung contractions or paglalabor mo. Mag exercise ka like squats and walking frequently. Sabi din nila nakakatulong din ang sex. Tapos kain din po kayo ng mga foods na nag iinduce ng labor like spicyfoods, papaya, pineapple. Sana makatulong. ☺️

sa totoo lang pag first baby, before due date mo dapat manganganak kana like me. pero hindi ko alam kung bakit ganyan.

More lakad lang mommy. Mas effective yung squat. Will pray for your safe delivery. Kaya yan.
