3 days no poop si 3 month old baby - formula fed

Hi mommies! need your opinion/help - si 3 month old baby po formula fed hindi sya nagpoop for 3 days, before naman daily sya magpoop. malambot naman tyan nya, hindi din nagsusuka then yun pag nagpoop naman sya peanut butter like naman texture. may dapat na po ba ko ipag alala?

2 months ang baby ko when we experienced that. hindi pa nagpoop in the 3rd day. it was during her transition from ebf to mixedfeeding. we did tummy massage and bicycle leg exercise. pupunta na sana kami sa pedia on the 5th day pero nagpoop sia kaya d na kami pumunta. we informed pedia. as per pedia, pwede gang 1 week. if hindi pa rin, she mentioned suppository for infant.
