Pampers leak while baby sleeps in baby cradle

Hi mommies, My LO is 7 weeks and been sleeping in baby cradle since last week. Recently I noticed that whenever he sleeps in the baby cradle, the pampers will leak. The leak only happen when he sleeps in the baby cradle. He is currently using Merries (taped) S size. Anyone facing this problem?
