Pelvic pain after sitting too long and after waking up

Hi mommies, I’m suffering from pelvic pain especially when waking up and from sitting too long. As if I need to hold it/ press it when walking for the first few minutes. I walk in pain but after few minutes of movement is not so pain. I’m 31 weeks now but started this pain since 28 weeks. Is this normal. Now is getting worst the pain.

dont sit/walk/wake up/baring too long....do some light yoga, daily...after trimester 2-3, and walk daily ... do all the house chores not heavy ones...and try to rest when u tired than continue slow movements...dont carry heavy stuff at all

I'm having pelvic pain (SPD) starts in 23weeks till now (28weeks).. always sitting & doing exercises on the gym ball to reduce the pain.. doc also advised me to take paracetamol progesic brand only if needed (unable to bear the pain)

common , i suffered the same too since 36weeks . i wear pelvic band sometimes to ease the pain.
