Worried to take medicine

Hi mommies im 6 weeks preggy to be exact since highblood ako as per my OB last check up ko is 140/100 ang bp ko niresetahan nya ko ng gamot para bumaba ang bp ko which is kailangan ko inumin 2x a day, nag do-doubt ako inumin dahil sa paniniwalang bawal uminom ng kahit na anong gamot, i need your advice

Hi sis! Its safe po sa pregnant women. I have hypertension since my first baby. 160/100, na-ER pa ko pero same ang pinainom sakin then bedrest. Mas delikado po pag napabayaan ang hypertension kse nagccause sya ng miscarriage (happened to me sa second pregnancy ko) I'm praying for your safe pregnancy and delivery. God bless you.
