When to start taking malunggau capsule?

Hi mommies, I am in my 19th week and I was wondering if dapat na bang mag take ng Malunggay Capsule for breast milk, or wait ko na lang after I give birth? Salamat po.

Hi Mommy, no need pa po for 19 weeks. Im on my 33 weeks now and ang advised ng OB ko is 34 weeks sya magstart magreseta sakin ng Malunggay Capsule :)
