Malunggay Capsule

Hi everyone! ? 19 weeks preggy here.. Can I take a malunggay capsule to produce breastmilk? Or should I consult the OB first?

Hi! Parang too early pa. My OB advised me to take malunggay caps on the 8th month of pregnancy. Pure breastfeeding kami now. My baby is 7months old. 😊

ow.. too early pa pala. Pero start drinking malunggay smoothie wth fruits everyday. 😊 Sana ako rin breastfeed mom soon. Thank you!

Better ask your OB po para sigurado. Just tell them your concerns. :)
