Cramps / Abdominal Pain

Hi mommies! I am having this frequent cramps. And last night sobrang sakit ng stomach ko. Actually i cannot i dentify anymore if it is stomach or my lower abdominal. Is it normal? I’m 7 weeks preggy

Patsek up na po kayo agad. Yun simpleng sakit ngayon need ng patsek up kaagad daw.
