Pregnancy Symptoms

Hi mommies, I am currently pregnant for 5 weeks 6 days, I have a problem which every time I try to brush my teeth I will keep vomiting. Any ideas to overcome this issue ? ?

I gosok bawah kanan pastu kumur, then gosok bawah kiri then kumur, pastu atas kanan then kumur, pastu atas kiri then kumur, last sekali gosok depan then kumur .. still muntah but then x keluar isi perut sangat .. tp still rasa terseksa ...
