Well, on my opinion, I can't consider these ready-to-eat foods as junk. Pero we all know that in reality, somehow, however PURE and ORGANIC they describe their product, meron additives pa din to make it lasts longer. It's still better to prepare baby's food from scratch. Pero sa mga days na pagod na pagod tayo and we feel like we need a break, all these ready-to-eat foods come super handy. Pero it's up to you pa din as a mom, if you want na lahat ng food ni baby is prepared mo mismo but then, kahit makakain sila ng cerelac, gerber, beech nut (that's what we have). They're all food and as long as nabubusog si baby. Ako kapag sobrang fussy ni baby and hindi sya makahintay ng iprepare kong food, i heat this beech nut bottle and voila, makakain na sya. Pero most of the time, may meal plan na ko for the week. And I try my very best to stick with that plan. Hahahaha i don't want to argue with my child in the future dahil gusto nya kumain ng hotdog, bacon, nuggets and the likes hahahaha 😂
