Hi mommies, how old is your kids and what time usually you put them to sleep? Is there any routine before go to sleep and what time they will wake up? How long they usually nap?
My son is 3 yo and he usually sleeps around 9pm, we read books before sleep and he will wake up around 7.30am. Nap time about 2 hours.
