Drink fresh coconut water during the 3rd trimester... I did that... in labour pain for 2 hours and delivered my boy in 20 mins... the coconut drink is supposed to "cleanse" your body and make your delivery process easier... but cannot drink too much as it's a fruit of "cold" nature... hope this helps! :)
A lot of mummies recommended dates. But I think most importantly is to remain active throughout your pregnancy.
I have heard of this before. I ate dates but it did not really help me with my labour. Not sure if you are keen with epidural.. It is really painless( to me) after getting epidural.
I tried dates but didn’t work for him cos my cervix still never dilate. My gynae said lots of walking and do squats helps! Just being active is the most important thing
I don’t know about easy labour but when I went through a all natural labour What I found helps was coconut water towards the last trimester and bb came out “clean”

I think there's no scientific proof. I heard by walking a lot during last trimester would help but it didn't Lol
Never heard about it and I'm not sure if food helps?? Maybe don't be so stressed out about it! You can do it :)
