i stopped bf when my baby is 3.5months due to low supply, she is never satisfied after latching and sometimes i bottle feed ebm and she can easily drink 160ml. so i decided to stop bm n go with formula. so far my bb fine with no sickness nor constipation. guess u just gotta find the right formula for lo

Hi, It is not true. Don't stress yourself with this notion. Just be happy and supplement your baby with formula milk as well. What is more important is hygiene, fitness of you and the baby. The breastmilk production depends a lot on the thinking process so please stay happy and all will be fine

I gave my baby formula. And it’s not true that they will have lower immunity cos my baby only had slight fever throughout his infant period due to vaccinations at 6th mth.

My first born fully FM My second born mixed My third fully BM When one are sick all get sick. Haha don't trust people who said FM have weaker immune system.

It is ok to supplement with FM. Don't be stress over BM, mental state affects supply too :) fed is best, sanity & happiness of mummy too!

Not entirely true. But breast milk is still the best for your baby. Try to see a lactation consultant to help with supply issues.

No. That is not true. Advise to still give your breastmilk as much and top up with FM if baby still shows hungry cues.

You can still give breast milk on top of the formula. Don't worry babies on FM grow up fine too(:
