Red dots rash

Hi mommies, first time mom here. Nagwoworry lang ako sa mga red dots sa baby bump ko, naexperience nyo din ba 'to? Btw, I'm 6mos preggy and I'm using Bio oil sa tummy ko, side effect kaya 'to ng oil? Thank you!
